What are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping with purchases of $150 or more before taxes.
Free pickups store: You can pick up your order directly at our offices in Terrebonne or St-Lin by selecting “Pick up in store”. Our customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready and give you the address and pick-up time.
Quebec and Ontario: $14.95 Flat rate
Other provinces of Canada*: $18.95 Flat rate
* Distribution Dominique Lemay reserves the right to apply additional fees for remote areas and bulky products. You will be contacted beforehand, if necessary.
We do business with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. The choice of carrier varies according to your territory, the rate and the time. Delivery is only available to residents of Canada.
Return policy
It is our pleasure to offer you a hassle-free return because we understand that it is not always easy to coordinate a fitting with your loved one alongside everyday life.
For this reason, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return. You must contact us to obtain authorization before returning your items by mail or directly to our offices. Return costs are your responsibility.
We will refund you for any merchandise that is unworn, in perfect condition for resale, with tags attached, and unwashed, accompanied by proof of purchase according to the initial method of payment, following receipt and inspection. This policy does not apply to items such as stockings, underwear, diapers due to hygiene reasons, and all final sale items.
What are the delivery times?
Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from the date of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves. Allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery and 3 to 15 business days for remote areas. If an item ordered is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that during periods of high traffic, services may be slowed down. Please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery time during busy periods such as holidays and Distribution Dominique Lemay is in no way responsible for the longer delay, once the order has been dispatched we unfortunately have no control.
Order cancellation
If you change your mind and want to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible because once shipped it will be too late. Note that Distribution Dominique Lemay try to keep its inventory regularly updated, but it is possible that an item displayed is no longer available given the fact that we also offer home and residence service. It is for this reason that there may be a delay before our online store is updated, and we sincerely apologize in advance. If this is the case, our customer service will contact you to offer you another option and if it does not suit you, you will be refunded.
