How to save sales tax
In Quebec, certain devices and items are zero-tax when you have a medical prescription; suitable clothing and footwear is one of them. If you wish not to pay taxes on eligible items on your next order, it is very important to follow the instructions below because you must be approved before placing the order.
Please make sure to give us a valid email because it is by email that we will send you the discount coupon code to save taxes.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Download the medical prescription form here, print it out and have it filled out by the doctor. Then you can scan it or take a photo of it to add it to your files on your computer or tablet.
2. You must create a customer account and for this you must click on the icon on the right at the top of the home page and then on registration. (See picture below)

4. Upon receipt of your prescription and your account created, we will send you a confirmation email ( during working days) with the discount coupon code to include on your next order to save taxes.
5. For subsequent orders, you will only need to log into your account using the same discount coupon code.
