What is an insert?
You could say that the insert is the absorbent element of your diaper, the removable part of your diaper that is made of absorbent textile materials and that will enable your reusable diaper to perform and be effective. Inserts are the most important part of your pocket diaper, the key to comfort. The insert is specially designed for pocket diapers. Our inserts are of the "trifold" type, with the microfiber always placed at the top for rapid absorption of liquids, while the bamboo acts as a reservoir ensuring containment. (Does not retain liquids in water)
- Our inserts can be machine washed and dried, but dry quickly when hung up.
- Do not use fabric softener in the dryer (in every wash), as this will clog the insert and reduce its performance.
- For optimum absorption, we recommend washing 5-6 times before first use.
